My name’s Nino and I’m the chef and owner of the restaurant. My family has been involved in cooking for a long time, ever since my grandmother went to people’s homes to cook for weddings and parties. My father also worked in the catering trade, managing the family hotel in S. Zenone degli Ezzelini that is now run by my brothers. In 1993, my wife and I, with the help of our children, opened Ca’Derton in Asolo. My expertise in preparing food and wine comes both from family tradition, and also from work experiences in Italy and abroad, and finishing courses in cooking and pastry-making.

Antonietta and Nino are the soul and inspiration of this refined and orderly restaurant.

Antonietta looks after everything, attentive and self-confident… just like all women.

Nino is the chef, art in the kitchen and the cellar, professionalism with an eye to tradition.
